Our rehabilitative team has been recognized for its outstanding accomplishments and success. When we admit a resident with rehabilitation needs, our multidisciplinary teams formulate a therapy program specific to the individual and initiates therapy that’s supervised by a physician. We follow each individual closely. We expect residents to show measurable gains within a reasonable amount of time following their care plan. The goal is to uplift a resident’s level of performance and achievement.
